Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the CourtHeroes website and to every tournament entry made through it. CourtHeroes is referred to as "we" or "us". By creating an account or registering for a tournament you agree to them.

Accounts and players

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter for yourself and for any player you manage.
• Each player has one persistent profile. Do not create duplicate players.

Tournament entries

• Each tournament category shows its entry fee, eligibility rules and entry limit before you register.
• In doubles categories the entry fee is per pair and is paid by the partner who registers the pair.
• An entry is confirmed only after the payment is verified. A confirmation appears on your dashboard and is sent by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an entry that does not meet the category's eligibility rules. The entry fee is then refunded under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Fixtures and conduct

• Fixtures, match times and courts are published on the website and may change on the day; we notify affected players.
• Players must follow the referee's decisions and the tournament rules shown on the tournament page.
• We may disqualify a player for misconduct, without refund.

Results and public information

Player names, results, rankings and match scores are shown publicly on the website.

Liability

Badminton is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are fit to play. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to entries made after it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
