CourtHeroes sells tournament entries, which are a service. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery of your entry

• Your entry is confirmed on your dashboard as soon as the payment is verified, normally within a few minutes. A confirmation is also sent by email.
• Fixtures, match times and courts appear on your dashboard and the tournament page once published.
• The service is delivered at the venue on the tournament dates shown on the tournament page.

Merchandise

If a category offers an event T-shirt and you order one, it is handed over at the venue on the tournament day. It is not shipped.
