Refund & Cancellation Policy

Withdrawals

Entry fees are non-refundable once an entry is confirmed. This includes withdrawals, no-shows, injury and disqualification.

If we cancel

If CourtHeroes cancels a tournament or a category, or refuses an entry, the full entry fee is refunded.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice for the same entry, or money leaves your account but the entry is not confirmed, the extra or unconfirmed amount is refunded in full. Contact techgeekz2026@gmail.com with your registration reference.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of being processed.
